[目的]评价井冈霉素在水稻田环境中的残留动态和环境安全性。[方法]2009—2010年进行了11%井冈.己唑醇悬浮剂在水稻田残留试验。样品用甲醇与水(体积比9∶1)提取,经C18固相萃取小柱净化,液相色谱(UV)检测,外标法定量。[结果]井冈霉素在湖南长沙、福建莆田、广西南宁土壤中的半衰期分别为1.6~2.9、1.5~1.6、1.7~1.9 d;在稻田水中半衰期分别为2.9~4.3、2.3~2.9、1.8~3.0 d;在水稻植株中半衰期分别为1.7、1.6~1.7、1.6 d;收获水稻中井冈霉素的残留量均未检出。[结论]推荐剂量下11%井冈.己唑醇悬浮剂在水稻田是安全的。
[Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the residue dynamic and environmental safety of validamycin in paddy field. [Method] The residual test of 11% Jinggang Hexaconazole suspension in paddy field was carried out from 2009 to 2010. The sample was extracted with methanol and water (9: 1 by volume), purified by C18 solid phase extraction cartridge, detected by liquid chromatography (UV) and quantified by external standard method. [Result] The half life of validamycin in soil of Changsha, Hunan Province, Putian of Fujian Province and Nanning of Guangxi Province was 1.6 ~ 2.9, 1.5 ~ 1.6 and 1.7 ~ 1.9 d respectively. The half life of validamycin in paddy field was 2.9 ~ 4.3, 3.0 d, respectively. The half-life of rice was 1.7, 1.6-1.7 and 1.6 days respectively. The residues of validamycin in the harvested rice were not detected. [Conclusion] The 11% Jinggang Hexaconazole suspension was safe in paddy field at the recommended dose.
