How to look at the interests of shareholders, employees, customers, and the public, and how to deal with these interest relationships, to some extent reflect the people-oriented corporate values. People-oriented is to regard people as the main objects of management and the most important resources of the company. Shareholders own ownership of the enterprise. Entrepreneurs have control and management rights over the enterprise. Customers and the public eventually have the right to supervise and veto the enterprise. They use the “money ballots” and “paradoxes” to exercise them. Power. Employees exercise their power by participating in the democratic management of the enterprise. Shareholders have the need to invest in value-added, managers have the power, status, sense of accomplishment and the need for economic compensation in line with their contributions; customers have the need to obtain high-quality, low-cost, convenient products and services. If companies cannot meet these needs, shareholders will have to sell their stocks. Managers will have to jump in and customers will not buy products from companies. Only when companies continue to be people-centered and continue to create new ways to meet people’s needs can they continuously create higher efficiency and efficiency.
