本年3月9日,军委批轉全軍医院管理工作会议报告时指出:“去年开展的医院整顿工作,取得了显著的效果,应当加以巩固,个别尚未整深、整透的医院则应进行补课”;同时提出:“为了不断提高医疗工作质量,加强对医务人员的政治思想教育和改造工作,把医院建设得更好,今后全军所有医院,每年都要整顿一次,每二年或三年要大整顿一次”。按照军委的这个指示,个别去年没有整深整透的医院,应当立即补课,一定要达到整深整透的程度。
