随着我国经济的飞速发展和国民综合实力的不断增强,国民对居住条件的要求不断提高,使得房地产企业发展前景相当广阔。随之而来的是一系列房地产企业的崛起。本文以房地产企业为研究对象,严谨的分析概括了此类企业的财务管理方法,深入浅出的分析了各种财务管理方法并给出了一定的建议。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the ever-increasing national comprehensive strength, the citizens’ requirements for living conditions have been constantly enhanced, making the development prospects of real estate enterprises quite broad. Followed by the rise of a series of real estate companies. In this paper, the real estate business as the research object, rigorous analysis summarized the financial management of such enterprises, analysis of various financial management methods in simple terms and gives some advice.
