本文针对桑塔纳2000型白车身整体抗扭刚度提高问题进行了计算分析,采用三节点和四节点空间板壳单元离散整个白车身,建立了供有限元分析的精确力学模型。通过计算,找出了对白车身扭转刚度影响显著的部位,对这些部位进行局部加强,使白车身扭转刚度比原来提高了30%左右。为白车身扭转刚度加固提供了可靠依据。
In this paper, the calculation and analysis of the overall torsional stiffness improvement of the Santana 2000 white body is carried out. The three-point and four-node space plate elements are used to discretize the entire body of the white body. An accurate mechanical model for the finite element analysis is established. Through calculation, we find out the parts which affect the torsion stiffness of the bodywork, and reinforce these parts locally, so that the torsion stiffness of the white body is increased by 30% than the original. White body torsion stiffness reinforcement provides a reliable basis.
