在《云南水力发电》1985年第二期上,我对绿水河水轮机导水机构损坏的原因作了初步分析,并提出了让导水叶开大些,也就是适当增加机组出力的办法来减轻导水机构的损坏,这涉及引水系统和一系列机电设备的改造问题,其中有一些确实难以实现,现在提出另一个较为可行的措施,是用一个参数较低的新转轮替换A34转轮。这两个措施采用的方法虽不同,但基本观点是一致的,都是让水轮机经常处于最优工况下运行,增加导叶内侧压力。由于机组的出力、转速、直径、水头、吸出高度及转轮的基本尺寸已不能变,要选择一个理想的新转轮已不可能,只能在这些前提下选一个较好的转轮,适当改善水轮机的
