南汇东滩促淤圈围四期、五期工程位于南汇大治河河口两侧滩涂上,圈围大堤总长28.6km,圈围总面积8.6万亩,工程总投资约28.6亿。工程于2003年9月实施,2006年6月竣工。鉴于工程规模大,施工强度高;工程区域风浪大,可作业时间少:促淤区内新建圈围大堤地基处理难;挖泥船取沙设备要求高,施工组织难度大等特点,设计过程中专门委托多家科研单位进行了2项室内物理模型试验和5项专题研究,为工程实施奠定了科学基础。结合工程实际,设计创新如下:
