目的:探讨中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:全部50病例均符合腰椎间盘突出症的诊断标准,给予口服桃红四物汤加减配以20%甘露醇、地塞米松注射液静脉滴注及骨盆牵引、功能锻炼等西医疗法治疗1个疗程(4周)。所有病例均获得随访。结果:临床治愈31例,显效11例,有效6例,无效2例,有效率96%。结论:中西医结合治疗是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效手段之一。
Objective: To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on lumbar disc herniation. Methods: All 50 cases were in line with the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation, giving oral administration of Taohongsiwu Decoction with 20% mannitol, dexamethasone injection intravenous drip and pelvic traction, functional exercise and other Western medical treatment of a course of treatment (4 weeks). All cases were followed up. Results: 31 cases were clinically cured, 11 cases markedly effective, 6 effective and 2 ineffective, with an effective rate of 96%. Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine is one of the effective measures for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
