专业化与协作化是一种社会分工的形式。它是社会生产力进一步发展的产物。社会生产力越向前发展,部门之间和企业之间的分工就越细,互相协作就越加频繁。随着我国经济建设和科学技术的日益发展,电工企业生产规模和企业数目的增加,客观要求电工企业向较细的专业化方向发展。电工企业专业化与协作化有一定的发展规律。本文拟定从专业化生产的经济效果;电工企业专业化与协作化的形式及其在我国的发展情况以及我国电工企业生产专业化与协作化的途径等方面来探讨这个问题。
Specialization and collaboration are forms of social division of labor. It is a product of the further development of social productivity. The more social productivity advances, the finer the division of labor between departments and enterprises, and the more frequent the collaboration. With the increasing development of our country’s economic construction and science and technology, the increase in the scale of production and the number of enterprises in electrical companies has objectively required electricians to develop in a more specialized way. The specialization and cooperation of electrician enterprises have certain development rules. This paper discusses this issue from the perspective of the economic effects of specialized production, the specialization and collaboration of electrician companies and their development in China, and the ways in which electrician companies specialize and collaborate in production.
