2014年,长汀县人社局把保障重点企业用工与促进城乡统筹就业有机结合起来,继续按照“政府搭台、企业唱戏、扶新扶优、扶强扶大”的原则,充分利用元旦、春节招工的黄金时间,采取超常规措施全力做好企业用工服务工作,全县掀起了企业用工服务热潮,取得了初步成效。据统计,全县共举办各种招聘活动35场,15800多人到各个招聘会现场咨询、求职,为5500多人次免费提供职业介绍服务,其中3697人与招聘企业达成了用工意向,1670人入职上岗;工业主导产业员工数量稳中有升。列入服务范围的23家企
