离心复合铸铁轧辊是一种外硬内韧并且具有很好的使用性能的双金属实心轧辊。为得到这种高性能轧辊,从生产过程中金属铸型的控制、表层金属液的控制、表层金属液和内层金属液浇注间隔时间控制、内层金属液的控制几个方面详述了得到这种高性能轧辊的控制要点。结合286mm×508mm离心复合铸铁轧辊的生产实例,经计算、选定并测量、记录控制要点中的参数,以辊身、辊颈硬度和工作层厚度的测量结果证实了试制轧辊质量控制效果良好。
