在长期野外调查研究过程中,我们研制了适合于浅水内成蚊前期定量研究的工具-试验筒和适合于深水内的工具-试验网,并用这些工具研究了稻田和水塘内中华按蚊的孵化率、成蚊前期发育历期和存活率。同时研制了具有特征性的大试验笼,用这些试验笼定量研究了自然界中华按蚊的羽化、吸血、产卵、存活和预期寿命,求出成蚊在自然界的最大寿命和潜在传疟能力。这些研究工具不仅便于在自然界内作中华按蚊的定量研究,而且也可在多种蚊虫自然种群的定量研究中推广应用。
In the course of long-term field investigation, we have developed tools suitable for quantitative studies of adult mosquitoes in shallow water-test tubes and tools-nets suitable for deep-water applications and used these tools to study hatching of Anopheles sinensis in paddy fields and reservoirs Rate, adult mosquito developmental period and survival rate. At the same time, a large experimental cage with characteristic features was developed. Quantitative study of eclosion, blood-sucking, spawning, survival and life expectancy of Anopheles sinensis in these experiments were used to determine the maximum life span of adult mosquitoes in nature and potential malaria transmission. These research tools not only facilitate the quantitative study of Anopheles sinensis in nature, but also promote the quantitative study of natural populations of many mosquitoes.
