0引言眼睑外伤容易伤及位置浅表的泪小管。如吻合不良可造成溢泪,在修复眼睑外伤的同时应尽量修复断裂的泪小管。我院应用硅胶管双路及单路顺式植入两种方法治疗泪小管断裂,现报道如下。1临床资料我院2005-06/2009-10共收治64例下泪小管断裂患者,男54例,女10例,年龄6～51(平均28)岁。受伤原因:车祸及摔伤46例,指甲划伤3例,玻璃划伤14例,狗咬伤1例,均为下泪小管断裂。64例外伤性下泪小管断裂患者在显微镜下找到泪小管断端后,30例单路顺式植入硅胶管,34例双路环行植入硅胶管,均放置3mo后拔
0 Introduction Eyelid trauma easily hurt the location of superficial lacrimal duct. If consistent with poor can cause overflowing tears, repair of eyelid trauma should try to repair broken lacrimal duct. Our hospital application of silicone tube dual and single cis-implantation of two methods of treatment of canalicular rupture, are reported below. 1 clinical data in our hospital from 2005-06 / 2009-10 were treated 64 cases of lacrimal duct rupture patients, 54 males and 10 females, aged 6 to 51 (average 28) years of age. Causes of injuries: 46 cases of car accident and falls, nail scratching in 3 cases, 14 cases of glass scratching, dog bite in 1 case, are the tear ductal rupture. Sixty-four patients with traumatic lower lacrimal canaliculi were found under the microscope after the end of the canalicular puncture, 30 cases of single cis-silicone tube implantation, 34 cases of double loop implanted silicone tube were placed after 3mo
