目的:探讨广东省致乏库蚊对有机磷抗性的发生发展规律,寻求科学的预防和治理抗性策略。方法:蚊虫滤纸酯酶快速检测法。结果:各地区致乏库蚊滤纸酯酶EF50(OD值)与其对马拉硫磷LC50呈正相关(r=0.9813,df=5,P<0.01);对巴沙LC50也呈正相关(r=0.9379,df=5,P<0.01);与溴氰菊酯不呈相关性(r=0.6637,df=5,P>0.05)。结论:广州、深圳致乏库蚊对有机磷抗性明显高于韶关、汕头和茂名,与生物测定法结果一致。
Objective: To investigate the occurrence and development of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus resistant to organophosphate in Guangdong Province and to seek a scientific strategy of prevention and treatment resistance. Methods: Mosquito filter paper esterase rapid detection method. Results: There was a positive correlation between EF50 value of LC50 and malathion LC50 (r = 0.9813, df = 5, P <0.01), but also positive for Basal LC50 (R = 0.9379, df = 5, P <0.01). No correlation was found with deltamethrin (r = 0.6637, df = 5, P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus resistant to organophosphorus in Guangzhou and Shenzhen was significantly higher than those in Shaoguan, Shantou and Maoming, consistent with the bioassay results.
