我院自1993年～1995年间使用深圳科达电气公司生产的NE—Ⅳ型体外震波碎石机治疗胆系结石168例,现将结果与体会报道如下。1 临床资料 本组168例,男72例,女96例;年龄在22～76岁。其中胆囊结石156例,胆总管结石6例,肝内胆管结石6例,选择的病例均为多数学者认为是体外碎石适应证者。单枚结石144例,2枚结石16例,3枚结石2例,多发结石6例。结石长径0.6cm～1.0cm20例,1.1cm～2.0cm134例,2.1cm～3.0cm24例。
Our hospital from 1993 to 1995, the use of Shenzhen Keda Electric Company production of NE-Ⅳ type extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for the treatment of gallstones in 168 cases, the results and experience are reported below. 1 Clinical data 168 cases of this group, 72 males and 96 females; aged 22 to 76 years old. Of which 156 cases of gallstone, common bile duct stones in 6 cases, intrahepatic bile duct stones in 6 cases, the selected cases are most scholars believe that extracorporeal lithotripsy indications. 144 cases of single stone, two stones in 16 cases, 3 stones in 2 cases, multiple stones in 6 cases. Long diameter stones 0.6cm ~ 1.0cm20 cases, 1.1cm ~ 2.0cm134 cases, 2.1cm ~ 3.0cm24 cases.
