在欣赏批评的快感之余,我们更加重要的责任是解决问题。 2005年底,清华大学学生会的同学找我,说郎咸平教授要来清华为学生做演讲,希望邀请我到现场做所谓嘉宾,也就是陪客。对此邀请我不能拒绝。原因很简单:一是邀请来自学生, 到场是教师义不容辞的责任;二是在公司治理的理论研究过程中,郎教授曾经对我有点拨之恩。2003年,我曾作为香港中文大学课题组成员参与了一项重大研究项目的部分工作。所以, 郎教授来清华,我很愿意参加活动,见见两年未见的故交。
While appreciating the pleasure of criticism, it is even more important for us to solve the problem. At the end of 2005, students from Tsinghua University Student Union looked for me, saying that Professor Lang Xianping would like to come to Qinghua to give a speech for the students and hope to invite me to the scene to be the so-called honored guest, that is, to accompany guests. I can not refuse this invitation. The reason is very simple: First, the invitation is from the students, the presence of the teacher is duty-bound responsibility; the second is the theoretical study of corporate governance process, Professor Lang once gave me a bit of grace. In 2003, I was part of a major research project as a member of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Therefore, Professor Lang came to Tsinghua University and I am very willing to attend the activity.
