SD雄性大鼠侧脑室注射秋水仙素100g/15L,24h后灌注固定,同时经侧脑室注射微量固定液加强对室管膜的固定。用免疫组化ABC法研究P物质在SD雄性大鼠脑室管膜中的分布。结果显示,SP免疫阳性细胞分布于第三脑室侧壁、中脑导水管和延髓中央管的室管膜中,其中位于下丘脑结节区第三脑室侧壁及最后区平面延髓中央管的阳性室管膜细胞为伸长细胞,发出基突伸向周围灰质。本研究首次证实了含SP伸长细胞的存在,结合本实验室其他实验结果提示,这些伸长细胞在含肽的种类和区域分布上存在差异,为进一步深入研究伸长细胞在脑-脑脊液神经体液回路中的重要作用提供了化学神经解剖学依据。
