1病例患者,男孩,18岁,主因感冒、咳嗽、发热于2012-3-17到我院急诊科就诊,初步诊断:上呼吸道感染,给予痰热清注射液20ml溶入5%的葡萄糖250毫升中静脉输入,输入速度60滴/分,15分钟后患者感觉恶心、胸闷、气短,既而口唇发绀,四肢发凉出冷汗,很快面色苍白,神志不清.
