目的:观察联合应用吉西他滨(Gem)+亚叶酸钙(cf)+5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)治疗晚期胰腺癌疗效。方法:收集2003年1月-2008年1月的30例晚期胰腺癌住院患者相关资料,对其应用Gem+Cf+5Fu联合化疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果:近期疗效:有效率13.3%,中位TTP为2.8个月,中位生存时间MSF为8.0个月,4例生存1年以上。临床获益率:73.3%。毒副反应:主要为消化道反应和骨髓抑制。结论:联合化疗优于单药治疗。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of combined gemcitabine + leucovorin (5-FU) and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods: Thirty patients with advanced pancreatic cancer inpatients from January 2003 to January 2008 were enrolled in this study. The results of Gem + Cf + 5Fu combined with chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The short-term effect: the effective rate was 13.3%, the median TTP was 2.8 months, the median survival time MSF was 8.0 months and 4 patients survived for more than 1 year. Clinical benefit rate: 73.3%. Toxicity: mainly gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression. Conclusions: Combination chemotherapy is superior to monotherapy.
