目的建立一种快速、准确、高效的顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法检测饮用水二氯甲烷、1,1-二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、四氯化碳、1,2-二氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷、四氯乙烯和三溴甲烷等11种挥发性卤代烃。方法样品经40℃水浴顶空平衡40 min后,抽取液上气体进样,采用DB-17毛细管色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,外标法定量。结果在所选择的实验条件下,11种卤代烃均能得到良好的分离。在不同浓度下具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)为0.9969~0.9998;平均加标回收率为94.8%~107.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%~5.9%,检出限为0.01~10.00μg/L。结论所建立的分析方法灵敏、快速、准确,可同时检测生活饮用水中11种卤代烃,在实际检测工作中有一定应用价值。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid, accurate and efficient capillary gas chromatography-based capillary column for the determination of drinking water dichloromethane, 1,1-dichloroethane, trichloromethane, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, tetrachloro 11 kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons such as carbon, 1,2-dichloroethane, trichlorethylene, bromodichloromethane, dibromochloromethane, tetrachlorethylene and tribromomethane. Methods After the sample was equilibrated at 40 ℃ for 40 min in the headspace, the sample gas was sampled and separated by DB-17 capillary column, detected by electron capture detector and quantified by external standard method. Results Under the selected experimental conditions, 11 kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons can be well separated. The correlation coefficients (r) ranged from 0.9969 to 0.9998. The average recoveries ranged from 94.8% to 107.0% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 1.3% to 5.9% with a detection limit of 0.01 ~ 10.00μg / L. Conclusion The established analytical method is sensitive, rapid and accurate and can detect 11 kinds of halohydrocarbons in drinking water at the same time. It has certain application value in practical testing.
