The Lingang Industrial Zone in Changxing Island, Dalian attracts guests and friends with its unique island charm. People look to the future and they come to the world with rolling waves. Dalian Changxing Island Lingang Industrial Area is located in the middle of the Liaodong Peninsula and the Dalian coastline. With a land area of 349.5 square kilometers and an existing population of 58,000 people, it is composed of five islands in China, Changxing Island, Xizhong Island, Fengming Island, Camel Island, and Exchange Island. It has a coastline of 189.3 kilometers. It has the finest port resources in China’s coastline. The Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government are to further expand the reform and opening up in Liaoning and Northeast China, create a new industrial base in Liaoning, and give full play to Changxing Island.
