近几年,我国软件外包业虽然发展迅猛,但仍存在规模小、总体水平不高、产品结构低端等问题,面对金融危机,我国软件外包业面临着订单和市场缩水的严峻风险,如何摆脱困境并提高水平、优化结构,不仅需要政府在税收、人才、产权保护等领域为企业创造环境,企业更要从人才培养、质量管理、市场拓展、客户需求等方面加强自身建设。
In recent years, although China’s software outsourcing industry is developing rapidly, there are still some problems such as small scale, low overall level and low product structure. In the face of the financial crisis, China’s software outsourcing industry is facing a serious risk of orders and market shrinking. To get out of the difficult position, improve the level and optimize the structure not only requires the government to create an environment for the enterprises in such fields as taxation, personnel and property rights protection, but also enhances self-construction in terms of personnel training, quality management, market expansion and customer needs.
