随着高职毕业生在就业过程中出现的问题,职业生涯规划教育越来越凸显其重要性。辅导员由于其工作性质,对学生的职业生涯体系实施起到重要作用。本文对辅导员在高职学生职业生涯规划教育实施措施方面进行探索。
As higher vocational graduates in the employment process problems, career planning education more and more highlights its importance. Counselors due to the nature of their work on the implementation of the student career system plays an important role. This paper probes into the counselors’ measures to implement the career planning education for vocational students.
