以自移机尾前移时的带式输送机为研究对象,建立了该状态时的带式输送机动力学模型,并利用AMESim软件建立其仿真模型。当自移机尾以3种不同的稳定速度前移时,对承载段输送带进行了动态分析,通过仿真得到了机头与机尾处输送带的张力、速度和加速度的变化规律。根据变化规律可知,在控制自移机尾前移时应尽量缓慢,以防机头输送带打滑。
Taking the belt conveyor moving forward as the research object, the dynamic model of the belt conveyor in this state was established and the simulation model was established by AMESim software. When the tail of the machine moved forward at three different stable speeds, the dynamic analysis was carried out on the conveyor belts in the loading section. The variation of the tension, the speed and the acceleration of the conveyor at the nose and the tail of the machine were simulated. According to the change rule, we can see that when controlling the tail movement of the self-moving machine, it should be as slow as possible to prevent the head belt from slipping.
