资金不足、产业结构老化,是作为老工业基地的天津在经济发展中所面临的突出问题之一。近年来,天津在利用资本市场直接融资,通过上市公司的资产重组调整产业结构,实现国有资产的市场化配置等方面作了不少努力,也取得了一定的成效。但与上海、深圳、北京等市相比较,天津资本市场的发展速度比较缓慢,资本市场对天津经济发展的促进作用明显不足。
Insufficient funds and the aging industrial structure are one of the outstanding problems that Tianjin, as an old industrial base, is facing in economic development. In recent years, Tianjin has made a lot of efforts and made some achievements in direct financing using capital markets, industrial restructuring through assets restructuring of listed companies, and the market-oriented allocation of state-owned assets. However, compared with Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing and other cities, Tianjin’s capital market has been developing at a relatively slow pace. The role of capital markets in promoting economic development in Tianjin is obviously insufficient.
