今年初春,乍暖还寒,笔者走访了江苏镇江龙山鳗业联合公司。总的感受是:龙山,这条沉寂多年的卧龙已经腾飞并且一飞冲天,力拔千钧。早在1994年,龙山鳗业联合公司收购培育鳗鱼4000万尾、烤鳗6500吨,分占世界总量的25%、20%。为此,日本《朝日新闻》、台湾《联合报》惊呼:新的世界鳗王正在龙山加冕!同年5月21日,国务院总理李鹏率国务院4部委的部长在省市主要领导的陪同下视察龙山。李鹏总理说,龙山的发展体现了中国农民的创造精神,龙山是发展集体经济、发展外向型经济、发展现代化农业的典范,中国农村要走这条路。龙山隶属江苏省丹徒县黄墟乡,它由四个自然村组成,有耕地1800亩,人口642户、1950人。过去,这里交通闭塞,工业落后,是远近闻名的穷山村。1987年,全球人均年收入仅有260元。过去在古老贫瘠的黄土荒坡里,龙山人勤劳耕作一天,收入仅有2角8分钱。别人家里有的,这里一样也没有;这里比别人家多得多的是:打架闹事的多,家庭不和的多,赌博的多,计划外生育的多,公粮交不足的多。邻里吵架、婆媳不和、父子反目时有发生。甚至为几十元的赡养费,父与子对薄公堂。“无事不登三宝殿,有女莫嫁
