有青年记者问我:“你在采写过程中,最注意抓什么?”下边是我的回答。抓思想——这是由报纸的性质决定的。报纸的读者十分广泛,怎样才能使大家产生共同的兴趣、感到可读呢?只有写思想、心态、情绪……因为人们的思想能够互相交流,引起共鸣。喜怒哀乐能够互相感染。我经常采写普通人。他们,没有惊人的事迹,只有平凡的劳动。要把他们登上报纸,谈何容易?必须在主题思想、采写角度、表现手法、语言运用等等方面下一番功夫。其中首要的、我花力气最多的是:抓人物的思想活动。
A young reporter asked me: “In the process of writing, what are you most concerned about?” The following is my answer. Grasp ideas - this is determined by the nature of the newspaper. The readership of newspapers is very extensive. How can we bring about mutual interest and readability to everyone? Only writing thoughts, mentality and emotions ... Because people’s thoughts can communicate with each other and resonate. Emotions can infect each other. I often write ordinary people. They, there is no amazing deeds, only ordinary labor. How easy it is to put them on the newspaper? There must be some effort in the aspects of theme, writing angle, expression, language usage and so on. One of the most important, I spend most of the effort is: grasping the ideological activities of people.
