武汉市人民政府令第268号《武汉市机动车道路临时停放管理办法》已经2016年1月18日市人民政府第158次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自2016年4月18日起施行。市长万勇2016年3月9日第一条为加强本市机动车停放管理,规范道路停车秩序,保障城市道路安全畅通,根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》、《城市道路管理条例》等有关法律、法规规定,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条本市中心城区城市道路停车泊位的规划、设置、使用及机动车临时停放监督管理活动,适用本办法。
Wuhan Municipal People’s Government Decree No. 268 “Wuhan City Motor Vehicles Temporary Parking Management Measures” has been approved by the 158th executive meeting of the Municipal People’s Government on January 18, 2016 and is hereby announced as of April 18, 2016 . Mayor Wanyong March 9, 2016 Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of the parked motor vehicles in the municipality, standardize the order of road parking and ensure the safe and smooth operation of urban roads, according to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety, the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Roads, And other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual city, the development of this approach. Article 2 The present Measures shall apply to the planning, setting up, using of urban parking berths and the supervision and management of temporary parking of motor vehicles in the downtown area of this city.
