本文从理论上系统地分析如何提高RC电桥正弦振荡器的性能,并以所得的结论为依据设计了实用电路。实验证明其指标达到:室温下,连续工作4小时,频率漂移为△f/f≤3×10~(-5);频率的温度系数为△f/℃≤3×10~(-5)/C°幅度的稳定度为△U/U/℃=1×10~(-3)/℃;失真度小于0.1%。 文中提出稳定振荡幅度的新方法,以新的稳幅方法可以使得一个振荡器的主要指标(频率、幅度、失真),有可能同时获得良好的性能。
This paper systematically analyzes how to improve the RC bridge sinusoidal oscillator performance, and based on the conclusions obtained to design a practical circuit. Experiments show that the index reaches: △ f / f≤3 × 10 ~ (-5) at 4 hours of continuous operation at room temperature; △ f / ℃ ≤3 × 10 -5 / The stability of C ° amplitude is △ U / U / ℃ = 1 × 10 -3 / ℃; the distortion is less than 0.1%. In this paper, a new method to stabilize the oscillation amplitude is proposed. With the new method of stabilizing the amplitude, the main index (frequency, amplitude and distortion) of an oscillator can be obtained, and it is possible to obtain good performance at the same time.
