被誉为辽南果乡——瓦房店市驼山乡,有11个村、96个居民组、2.2万余人口。乡司法助理员荆友凯整天就在这里的田间、村头和乡亲炕边办公事。10几年来,他跑遍所有村屯,走访上千农户,村村屯屯男女老少都叫得上他的名字。大伙有事就找他解决,有心里话就和他聊。为了乡亲们安居乐业,他化解了大量矛盾,平息了众多纠纷,还把法制的“种子”播进了人们的心田。
