本文研究了高强度低合金钢试样中起始的奥氏体大晶粒和小晶粒或奥氏体未再结晶晶粒和已再结晶细化了的晶粒在热形变中是如何继续细化的及其细化机制,也研究了起始奥氏体晶粒尺寸对热形变应力—应变曲线和再结晶晶粒尺寸的影响。用热轧或热压缩方法(用“Gl-eeble”试验机)以及定量金相和显微硬度的方法进行了上述研究。
In this paper, we study how the large austenite and small or austenitic non-recrystallized grains and the recrystallized grains in high-strength low-alloy steel samples begin to undergo thermal deformation The effect of initial austenite grain size on the thermal deformation stress-strain curve and the recrystallized grain size was also studied. The above study was conducted by a hot rolling or hot compression method (using a “Gl-eeble” tester) as well as a method of quantitative metallography and microhardness.
