慢性淋巴结病的鉴别诊断应考虑到猫抓病。此病为良性自限性疾病,病原作为一种革兰氏阴性多形性杆菌,已从皮肤或远离侵入部位的肉芽肿处分离出此细菌。该文报道1例有多处骨块及肝、脾受累者。病例12岁男孩,因夜间高热3周并伴头颈部痛、出汗、寒颤而入院。发病1周后左颈部出现非活动性疼痛性肿块。父母健在,非近亲婚配。患儿既往健康,但常与猫在一起玩。用氨苄青霉素及头孢菌10天后退热。查体:体温40℃,左颈部有一疼痛性肿块,颈后部可触及数个1～2cm长径大小的淋巴结,左
