本文报道了39例在5个月内多次受到137Csγ射线源照射(累积当量剂量为5~2105mSv),受照人员外周血淋巴细胞微核的随防观察。结果表明,照后1年直接法微核率受照和对照组接近,差异无显著性意义。此时,常规培养法微核率,受照组高于对照组,差异接近显著(01>P>005),并且微核率与剂量之间存在相关关系。在照后5年,采用CB法测试微核,结果受照组微核率明显高于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<001)。表明CB法提高了微核测试的灵敏度和可靠性。
In this paper, 39 cases were exposed with 137Cs gamma ray source (cumulative equivalent dose of 5 ~ 2105mSv) within 5 months. The micronuclei of peripheral blood lymphocytes in the irradiated persons were observed with the prevention. The results showed that 1 year after irradiation, the direct method micronucleus rate in the control group was close, the difference was not significant. At this time, the micronucleus rate of routine culture method was higher in the irradiated group than in the control group, with a significant difference (01> P> 005). There was a correlation between the micronucleus rate and the dose. In the 5 years after irradiation, the micronucleus test by CB method showed that the micronucleus rate of the irradiated group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P <001). This shows that the CB method increases the sensitivity and reliability of the micronucleus test.
