针对目前液压泵试验装置存在的不足,采用功率回收方式设计了液压泵试验台的液压系统,运用C#语言进行多线程和多模块化编程,实时监测和采集试验数据,开发了基于工业控制计算机的自动测控系统,实现了液压泵行业标准中要求的各项性能试验。工业性试验结果表明:该试验台性能稳定,工作可靠。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the current hydraulic pump test equipment, the hydraulic system of the hydraulic pump test bench is designed by using the power recovery method. The multithread and multi-modular programming is implemented by using C # language. The experimental data are monitored and collected in real time and the industrial control computer Automatic measurement and control system to achieve the hydraulic pump industry standard requirements of the performance test.
