我因为住在离中关村不远的地方,所以有幸与几位酷爱音乐而又在专业领域造诣很深的老科学家成了忘年交。经常在一起听音乐的时候,他们难免谈起音乐与科学的关系。渐渐地,他们的宏论睿思也启发我这晚辈来班门弄斧地聊一聊人类文明这两大领域之间到底有一些什么样的关系。我们这辈人对科学的理解有着特殊的背景:在我们应该上学读书的时候,却被那样彻底地剥夺了学习科学的机会,于是只能在心里偷偷保持着自幼以来对科学的崇敬与向往。后来从事了一些人文科学的研究之后,尤其体会到在中国崇尚理性与科学的必要和艰难之后,我虽然只能站在科学殿堂的门外,却始终希望了解科学在中国命运的原因。与对科学的敬慕相似,我虽然对音乐也
Because I lived in a place not far from Zhongguancun, I was fortunate enough to meet a few old scientists who love music but have deep attainments in the fields of expertise. Often when listening to music together, they inevitably talk about the relationship between music and science. Gradually, their macro theory also inspires my younger generation to come to an abyss and talk about the two areas of human civilization, what kind of relationship between the two. Our generation has a special background in understanding science: when we should go to school, we were completely deprived of the opportunity to learn science so that we could only secretly keep the respect and longing for science since childhood .
