结合在军工工厂开展标准化工作的实践,对加入WTO后新形势下军工企业如何开创标准化工作的新局面作了初步探讨。提出:企业应及时调整、构建以产品标准为中心并能切实发挥系统效能的技术标准体系;企业标准化的工作重点应放在产品标准化上;产品标准化应贯穿产品开发的全过程;产品开发应符合国家产业发展政策和贴近企业优势;产品标准的水平定位应有利于市场竞争和促进企业技术进步;标准化工作也要与时俱进,逐步扩大计算机技术应用范围,努力将标准化管理与服务推向现代化。
Combining with the practice of standardization in military factories, this paper makes a preliminary study on the new situation of how to create standardization work under the new situation of the accession to the WTO. It is proposed that enterprises should timely adjust and construct a technical standard system that takes product standards as the center and can exert system efficiency effectively. The standardization of enterprises should focus on product standardization. Product standardization should go through the whole process of product development. Product development should conform to National industrial development policies and close to the advantages of enterprises; the standard positioning of product standards should be conducive to market competition and promote technological progress; standardization must also keep pace with the times, and gradually expand the scope of computer technology, and strive to standardize management and services to modernize .
