在影响经济增长的各种因素中,财政支出是一个重要的因素。我国改革开放以来,财政支出与经济增长之间存在协整关系,在财政支出中,财政投资具有生产性,能够促进经济增长,这说明如果今后增加教育、科研、卫生等支出,优化投资结构,增加基础设施等制约经济增长瓶径等方面的投资就能够促进经济增长;财政消费与经济负增长相关,这说明我国的财政消费规模已超过了合理的界限,如行政机构人员过多等问题,政府应该结合公共财政体制的建立,合理界定公共支出范围,削减财政消费规模。本文通过财政支出对经济增长影响的分析,对优化财政支出结构提出一些建议。

The correlation between fiscal spending and economic growth shows that the scale of fiscal spending in China has exceeded the reasonable limit. The government In combination with the establishment of a public financial system, the scope of public expenditure should be rationally defined and the scale of fiscal spending should be reduced. Based on the analysis of the impact of fiscal expenditure on economic growth, this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the structure of fiscal expenditure.
