According to Article 14 of the “Regulations on the Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) and the “Implementation Measures of the Customs of the People’s Republic of China on the Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the People’s Republic of China” Article 22 provides that intellectual property rights holders may provide general guarantees to the customs according to law. In order to implement the relevant provisions of the “Implementation Measures”, it is convenient for intellectual property rights holders to apply to the customs for intellectual property protection measures. The relevant issues regarding the total guarantee of intellectual property rights protection are hereby announced as follows: 1.
