为了解海安县食品从业人员健康检查状况,加强对食品从业人员的卫生监督,现对海安县1990~1999年食品从业人员健康检查资料进行统计分析,结果如下。1 资料与方法1.1 资料来源 资料取自于海安县卫生防疫站1990~1999年健康检查的年报数据,以历年的调离通知书为依据复核所有阳性人员,确保资料的可靠性。1.2 诊断方法 痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎以实验室检查结合临床症状确诊:化脓性或渗出性皮肤病及其他有碍食品卫生的疾病以临床症状诊断。上述六类疾病以下简称“六病”。1.3 统计分析 使用Epi-Info软件包对资料进行统计分析。
In order to understand the health inspection status of food practitioners in Haian County and to strengthen the hygiene supervision of food practitioners, the statistical analysis of the health check-ups of food employees from 1990 to 1999 in Haian County is carried out.
