螺杆泵具有噪声低、脉动小、寿命长、机械效率高,结构简单等优点。国外从四十年代就开始生产。我国自六十年代开始试制,至今全国已有许多厂家进行生产,但质量均未过关,关键问题是:螺杆制造工艺性差,容积效率低。所以改进工艺,提高容积效率是决定螺杆泵生存与发展的关键。要解决螺杆泵的容积效率,首先要弄清螺杆泵的结构,即其密封条件。
