本文研究了组培技术在泡桐良种大规模繁殖上的应用，解决了脱除植原体泡桐组培无毒苗移栽过渡难点，并对泡桐全年最佳组培苗移栽时期进行了探讨。
In this paper, we studied the application of tissue culture technology on the large-scale propagation of Paulownia species, solved the difficulty in transplanting the non-virulent seedlings of Paulownia pae., And discussed the optimal transplanting period of Paulownia tissue culture seedlings.
