“一带一路”战略对于河南省既是机遇,也是挑战。本文在理清“一带一路”带给河南省外语教育的机遇和挑战的基础上,结合河南省高校外语人才培养现状,通过一系列调研论证,探索出河南省高校外语教育改革的道路,这将有利于提升河南经济文化软实力,为“一带一路”建设培养出国际化、高素质、复合型的外语人才。
The “Belt and Road” strategy is both an opportunity and a challenge for Henan Province. On the basis of sorting out the opportunities and challenges brought by “Belt and Road” to foreign language education in Henan Province and combining with the present situation of foreign language talents cultivation in colleges and universities in Henan Province, through a series of research and argumentation, this paper explores the reform of foreign language education in colleges and universities in Henan Province, This will help upgrade the economic and cultural soft power of Henan and train international talents of high quality and complex language for the “Belt and Road” construction.
