研究了低通量慢中子对高T_c超导体的辐照效应。实验结果表明,高T_c超导体YBCO烧结样品经5.2×10~8n/cm~2通量慢中子辐照后,临界电流密度J_c可以提高~3倍。与国外文献对比,证实了低通量慢中子与高通量快中子对高T_c超导体具有等同的辐照效应。此外,还对辐照效应的等同性进行了理论分析。
The effects of low-flux and slow-neutron irradiation on high Tc superconductors were investigated. The experimental results show that the critical current density J_c can be increased by ~ 3 times after the high Tc superconductor YBCO sintered samples are irradiated by 5.2 × 10 ~ 8n / cm ~ 2 fluxes. Compared with foreign literature, it is confirmed that low-flux and high-flux neutrons have the same radiation effect on high Tc superconductors. In addition, the theoretical analysis of the equivalence of the radiation effects is also made.
