据《中国文物报》2009年11月4日报道:“10月31日~11月1日,由国家文物局和河南省人民政府共同主办的大遗址保护洛阳高峰论坛在洛阳隆重召开。河南省委常委、省委宣传部长、副省长孔玉芳,国家文物局副局长童明康等领导同志出席并发表讲话。会议云集了杭州、郑州、长春、成都、广州、西安、长沙、洛阳、扬州、朝阳、安阳、开封、无锡、荆州、嘉兴、集安等16座城市市委书记、市长为首的200余位城市代表,以及意大利文化遗产与艺术活动部、中国文化遗产研究院等科研单位的专家学者,来自大遗址分布较多的部分省、区文物局代表。会议盛况空前”。广州市在“十·一五”期间对市区内发现的西汉南越国三处重要遗址,在保护和利用方面取得重大成果。广州市徐志彪副市长就此在大会上作了重点发言,介绍了广州的具体做法与成效(彩版一)。我们认为这个报告是改革开放三十年来广州在文物保护工作方面的一个基本总结,有助于我们今后的实践与持续发展,特在本刊转发,俾使同志们参阅与研究。
According to “China Cultural Relics Newspaper” reported on November 4, 2009: “October 31 ~ November 1, by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and the Henan Provincial People’s Government co-hosted the site of the protection of Luoyang Summit held in Luoyang. Leaders from Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Propaganda Department and Vice Governor Kong Yufang and State Cultural Relics Bureau Deputy Director Tong Mingkang attended the meeting and delivered speeches at the meeting. The meeting gathered in Hangzhou, Zhengzhou, Changchun, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Xi’an, Changsha, Luoyang, Yangzhou, More than 200 city representatives including Chaoyang, Anyang, Kaifeng, Wuxi, Jingzhou, Jiaxing and Ji’an, as well as representatives of more than 200 cities including 16 city party secretaries and mayors, as well as experts from scientific research institutes such as Italy’s Cultural Heritage and Art Department and China Cultural Heritage Research Institute Scholars, representatives from major provincial and district cultural relics offices with large sites distributed, were unprecedented in their meeting. During the ”10th Five-Year Plan" period, Guangzhou Municipality made major achievements in the protection and utilization of the three major sites of the Western Han Dynasty and Vietnam in the urban areas. Deputy Mayor of Guangzhou Xu Zhibiao gave a keynote speech at the meeting, introducing the specific practices and effectiveness of Guangzhou (color version one). We think this report is a basic summary of Guangzhou’s work on cultural relics protection during the 30 years of reform and opening up and will help us to continue our practice and develop in the future.
