锅炉烟气排放所含的SO2对环境有一定的污染,目前老式的煤粉炉已不能满足最新的国家排放标准,对锅炉烟气改造势在必行。将脱硫工艺常用的干法、双碱法、氨法进行了对比,着重对氨法脱硫技术进行了详细阐述。根据渭化集团的实际情况,氨法脱硫技术很适合锅炉设备的改造,并指出了设备改造过程中容易遇到的问题,及解决办法。
SO2 emissions from boiler flue gas have some pollution to the environment. At present, the old-style pulverized coal furnace can not meet the latest national emission standards and is imperative to boiler flue gas reforming. The dry method, double alkali method and ammonia method which are commonly used in the desulfurization process are compared, and the ammonia desulfurization technology is emphatically elaborated. According to the actual situation of Weihua Group, ammonia desulfurization technology is very suitable for the transformation of boiler equipment, and pointed out the problems encountered in the process of equipment reform, and solutions.
