在室内分别对美国白蛾雌虫和雄虫进行了55种寄主化合物的触角电位活性实验.结果显示,雄蛾反应较强的化合物分别是(强度从大到小排列,下同):反-2-己烯乙酸酯、壬醛、己醛、反-2-己烯醛、己醇、乙酸异戊酯、顺-3-己烯乙酸酯、乙酰乙酸乙酯和香茅醛及(+)-香茅醛;雌蛾反应较强的化合物分别是:己醇、己醛、苯乙酮、乙酸异戊酯、壬醛、反-2-己烯醛、顺-3-己烯乙酸酯、香茅醛、顺-3-己烯-1-醇及反-2-己烯醇.从55种化合物中筛选出了7种活性较高的化合物进行了剂量反应实验,结果显示,美国白蛾雄蛾对7种化合物的反应都随着剂量的增加而增强,而且雄蛾对每种化合物最高剂量1000g的相对反应值都与同种化合物其他剂量的相对反应值反应有显著性差异.
In the laboratory, 55 kinds of host compounds were tested for the activity of the antennae on the white moth female and male respectively.
