进入新世纪以来,在经济全球化和区域经济一体化深入迅速发展的大背景和趋势影响下,世界经济发展呈现出新动态:世界贸易仍保持较快增长但不平衡加剧,初级产品价格持续上涨然而通货膨胀压力仍在,金融国际化获得长足发展且危机问题不断。面对这些新态势的出现,在未来一段时间内,中国经济应从不同的领域引以重视,采取务实稳步的发展方针,尤其是在对外贸易、初级产品定价以及美元贬值等具体问题上采取积极对策。
Since the beginning of the new century, under the background and trend of deepening and rapid economic globalization and regional economic integration, the world economic development has shown a new trend: world trade still maintained rapid growth but the imbalance intensified, and the prices of primary products continued to rise However, the pressure of inflation is still on the horizon. Financial internationalization has made great strides and crises continue to surface. In the face of these new trends, in the near future, the Chinese economy should draw attention from different fields and take a pragmatic and steady approach to development. In particular, it should take a proactive approach on specific issues such as foreign trade, primary product pricing and the devaluation of the U.S. dollar .
