技术引进、消化吸收和自主创新的路径难以全面解释后发企业自主创新能力构建的演化过程。基于知识转移的视角,构建了后发企业可以采取的四种技术能力构建战略,分别为全面引进消化战略、引进消化和模仿战略、模仿战略、全面创新战略,不同战略选择所形成的自主创新程度是不一样的。
The path of technology introduction, digestion and absorption and independent innovation is difficult to fully explain the evolutionary process of the construction of independent innovation capability of the late-onset enterprises. Based on the perspective of knowledge transfer, this paper constructs four technical capacity building strategies that the post-start-up enterprises can adopt. It includes the strategies of introducing digestion strategy, introducing digestion and imitation strategy, mimicking strategy, total innovation strategy and independent innovation degree are different.
