目的:对忍冬木层孔菌Phellinus lonicerinus子实体进行提取、分离、结构鉴定。方法:通过正向硅胶,RP-18及凝胶Sephadex LH-20等材料从忍冬木层孔菌乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析确定了化合物的结构。结果:分离纯化得到10个化合物,它们分别为亚油酸甲酯(1),麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(2),过氧麦角甾醇(3),麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(4),对羟基苯乙醇(5),2,5-呋喃二甲醇(6),邻羟基苯乙酸(7),环(亮-缬)二肽(8),麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(9),脑苷脂D(10)。结论:除化合物3,4外其余8个化合物均为首次从该种真菌中分离得到。
Objective: To extract, isolate and identify the fruiting body of Phellinus lonicerinus from Lonicera. METHODS: The compounds were isolated and purified from the ethyl acetate fraction of Lonicera japonicum through forward silica gel, RP-18 and gel Sephadex LH-20. The structure of the compounds was confirmed by spectroscopic analysis. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and purified, which were methyl linoleate (1), ergosterol-4,6,8 (14), 22-tetraen- 3), ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (4), p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (5), 2,5-furandimethanol (6), o- Dipeptide (8), ergosta-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (9), cerebroside D (10). Conclusion: The other 8 compounds were isolated from this fungus for the first time except compounds 3 and 4.
