通过理论计算和数值模拟计算方法,对比探讨了冲击载荷下的低等级沥青路面峰值沉降和残余沉降计算方法,据此可判断冲击载荷能否正常作用以及低等级沥青路面能否继续使用。研究对比显示,低等级沥青路面的残余沉降可通过分层总和法准确获得,其中荷载为冲击载荷峰值,不考虑载荷作用过程。低等级沥青路面的峰值沉降计算则引入了冲击载荷作用下的沉降影响系数,建立了峰值沉降与残余沉降之间的关系,沉降影响系数和低等级沥青路面的损伤程度成反比关系。计算时,只需完成沥青路面的应变率试验,即可拟合得到路面的损伤程度曲线,进而可预估低等级沥青路面的峰值沉降,预测精度达到了95%以上,可为现场应用提供理论依据。
By theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, the method of calculation of peak settlement and residual settlement of low grade asphalt pavement under impact load is discussed. Whether impact load can function normally or whether low grade asphalt pavement can continue to be used can be judged. The research shows that the residual settlement of low grade asphalt pavement can be accurately obtained by the stratified summation method, where the load is the peak value of impact load, and the load action process is not considered. The calculation of peak settlement of low-grade asphalt pavement introduces the influence coefficient of settlement under impact load, establishes the relationship between peak settlement and residual settlement, and the influence coefficient of settlement is inversely proportional to the damage degree of low grade asphalt pavement. In the calculation, only the strain rate test of asphalt pavement can be completed to get the curve of the damage degree of the pavement, and then the peak settlement of the low grade asphalt pavement can be estimated, the prediction accuracy reaches more than 95%, which can provide theory for field application in accordance with.
